Jane C. Tyndzik

I love what I do for a living. I am a full service realtor. I began my professional life in 1978 by way of a 2-year paralegal course in California which I still rely on today. I am able to really understand the DROA and the legal end of real estate. I moved to Guam in 1979 as a paralegal, and then I decided not to continue in law because it was too depressing. I went into advertising and worked my way up to the Advertising Manager of a biweekly newspaper on Guam. I use my advertising knowledge when I advertise my sellers home. My average for time on the market from list to accepted DROA is 2 days. In 1988 I moved to Hawaii and decided to combine my two fields and enter into real estate. This is the perfect field for me. I love what I do and it shows. When I work with a buyer I am hoping to find them a home that they never want to sell. I'd much prefer to receive referrals from happy buyers. I really enjoy the bargaining process when I am working with a buyer. I also work really hard to obtain the most amount of money for my sellers. I promise to work hard, work effectively, help you find that dream home or sell it for you. I believe in concentrating on my clients so I will always have time. I promise to do all this with Aloha too.
